Oh, for chrissake, I wish you both would make up your minds as to which
repos *ARE* the correct ones to use!
And I wish someone from Novell/oS who actually KNOWS what are the
correct ones to use would come out and spell out the repos to be used in
11.2 Milestone 6.
It's bad enough fighting one's way thru downloading a working copy of a
KDE Live CD without having to read the above "It is", "It is not", "It
is", "It is NOT" :'( .

download.opensuse.org/source/distribution/11.2/repo/oss
Milestone snapshot.
http://widehat.opensuse.org/factory-snapshot/repo/oss/This does but is different then what the OP was trying to use (see above)
These are the urls which point to the factory milestone snapshots:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/non-oss
Which are also the preconfigured repos on milestone installations.
People don't have to use the torturous, "real" factory repo
(http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/) unless they really want to.
