I can only say that openSUSE mailing lists make this hard, because

* "reply" causes last sender to be in "To:"
* "reply all" causes last send to be in "To:"
  and list address to be in "Cc:"

That IS stupid and makes life harder, but it's probably no without a reason.

I don't remember who, but I asked someone from here and he (or she?)
told me that there were some reasons to make it do so.

My workaround is to use "reply all" and then move list's address from
"Cc" to "To", removing last sender's address.
