If you do, does your keyboard and mouse (in my case cordless, optical,
Logitec) lock up - ie, simply freeze up - after 1 minute after login and the
only way out is the big Red Button?
This probably won't help you. But I had a problem with my computer
freezing in Linux and the solution was to turn off all forms of Spread
Spectrum, the BIOS Cache, and Fake RAID in the BIOS.
