Unlike in 10.3, the java environment (etc - eg, acroread) is not automatically installed.
However, attempting to install it with Yast results in error message that java and its plugin are not available in the repository (..SL-Factory-non-oss/inst-sources-extra/).
What is needed to be done to install java?
Install: java-1_6_0-openjdk or java-1_7_0-icedtea
Those are not Sun Java though. My guess is that we'll have to wait until the release is complete. -- kai www.filesite.org || www.4thedadz.com || www.perfectreign.com remember - a turn signal is a statement, not a request --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
