Hi,
Since 10.3 I only put on the DVDs what's listed in a pattern. For 10.3 I didn't dare to do too many changes, so I left most of the 10.2 packages in a REST-DVD pattern.
But I want to get rid of this mass of unlisted packages, so here is the list of remaining packages. These are not Alpha3 and I would like some people to review the list for packages that should be on Beta1.
So please review the list and give: package name, reason it should be on medium, pattern/topic to list it in
from intersection of my packages and your list:
I forgot makedev, which is needed for compliance with FHS. -------- FHS 2.3: /dev : Device files Purpose The /dev directory is the location of special or device files. Specific Options If it is possible that devices in /dev will need to be manually created, /dev must contain a command named MAKEDEV, which can create devices as needed. It may also contain a MAKEDEV.local for any local devices. If required, MAKEDEV must have provisions for creating any device that may be found on the system, not just those that a particular implementation installs. -------- Best regards Petr --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
