You're probably to fast (and imho to rude) in complaining. Check also the
opensuse-commit list.

if you don't have sax2-8.1-349 (or higher) you're very likely not to have the
corrected verision of sax2 yet.
It always takes a short time from fixing a bug until you get the fixed
package...

Nothing is fixed, the garbage that is produced, is 10x worse than before.
Sax2 is broken, fix that.
