That said, at least the wider Mozilla community, if not even the mozilla Corporation itself would be quite happy if someone who knows KDE would volunteer to work on better integration of Mozilla applications with KDE. When I talk to fellow Mozilla devs about that topic, all I hear is "KDE people don't want to cooperate with us, but Gnome people were interested, so we naturally went that way".
