Both acpi/cpufreq and ath_pci *are* working in my SuSE Pro 10.0 install. Did a clean network install for openSUSE 10.1 RC1, in another partition.
In 10.0 he module was included in the kernel-nongpl package.
Any thoughts before filing a new bug?
