Digging through the kiwi startup logs I find that to borks on dhcp
it can't find /var/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-eth0.info
So the ltsp client does not get dhcp settings, and therefor can't resolv
tftp
ideas??

Looks ok, could you check IP fowarding is enabled on the server?
and
/etc/sysconfig/dhcpd, to debug it.
That looks perfect too.
/etc/init.d/dhcpd start
Starting DHCP server Internet Systems Consortium DHCP Server V3.0.6

/usr/sbin/dhcpd: : Unknown error 1701220736

See nothing special, all pretty much default.
Disabled dnsmasq before running rcdhcpd restart?
All I am doing is following your instructions, why should I have to list
them back to you?
To find out the solution to the problem you are having and I have
reached the limit of my capability to help you.
