In real terms, there's nothing in it.
At most, your ISDN connection will be 128K.
Even a small/medium PC with an average load could happily keep that full
all day.

Sometimes, an ISDN route makes config easier, as some of them present
themselves as normal modems, and thus are supported better, while others,
such as the Cisco 16xx series present a normal network interface.
