Hallo Roland, was bedeutet Firewall nfs/tcp port 2049? Ich kann lediglich sagen das die Suse Firewall deaktiviert ist. habe den DNS-Server nachinstalliert und hoffentlich richtig konfiguriert. Jedoch nach wie vor kann ich bei der Konfiguration des Clients den Stationären Rechner nicht sehen. Habe mal die etc/exports und etc/hosts der beiden Rechner angehängt. etc/exports des Notebooks (Suse 9.1, keine Probleme) /windows/D/ 192.168.69.1/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,sync) 192.168.69.3/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,sync) etc/hosts des Notebooks (Suse 9.1, keine Probleme) # # hosts This file describes a number of hostname-to-address # mappings for the TCP/IP subsystem. Das Problem: Der statonäre Rechner (9.2) ist im Netzwerk nicht als nfs-Server sichtbar, aber nutzbar! Jedesmal, wenn ich versuche mit dem nfs-Client des Notebooks freigegebene Verzeichnisse zu installieren, kann der nfs-Bowser diesen rechner nicht finden. Gebe ich jedoch manuell die IP-Adresse des stationären Rechners ein, kann ich aus den freigegebenen Verzeichnissen auswählen und diese mounten. Die Firewall ist dabei deaktiviert.

Sieht nach 'nem Routing Problem aus. Ich vermute jetzt mal, Du hast keinen DNS-Server laufen? Schon mal die /etc/hosts verglichen? Welche Firewall? (nfs/tcp port 2049 glaube ich)
