Hi, NagiosQL works with Nagios 3, because the syntax of the configuration file is still compatible. At the moment the current version of NagiosQL is not using the new features introduced in Nagios 3, but it won't break anything. To say it clear: NagiosQL generated configuration files are still compatible with Nagios 3. Support for the new features will be added with NagiosQL 3 which is currently in early development stages.
