If per chance you should ever get a Paid Problem Manager at opensuse I would
like to reopen this dialogue. The two reason codes are reasonable for a Problem
Manager
who has to manage budget or cost of the Fix against its desirability from a
commercial reality. Such are the Reason for the Paid Problem Manager.
The Problem Manager is also to oversea that Time frames Allocated to the
Problem are achieved and if necessary allocate resources to fix the bug
dependant on
We have three component that make up the time allocated for the problem fix
Priority depends on classification which depends on Severity.
Therefore a problem's priority is in relation to to the commercial need to fix
the issue...Certainly a problem with internal systems or at site are the
highest, the next is the reflection of....and why I rewriting the Quality
Assurance System as defined by the ISO.
ISO and the rules for running a Quality System of any type and is an
International Standard and there are ISO for every industry in the world.
All ISO written to uphold a Quality System are predefined and held in Brussels
off-course and your a lot closer than I :-)
I am fix and well as of 21-10-2014
