--- Comment #13 from Carlos Robinson
You're right. The bugzilla mails come from:
monroe.provo.novell.com = 137.65.250.171
(maybe others too). The problem is almost certainly that they are forwarded to Telefonica by the opensuse.org mail-server. That will cause the SPF check to fail. My own bugzilla address is forwarded through ieee.org, and also fails the SPF check. The change is possibly that Telefonica decided to implement SPF checks.
Argh. Another boo from my ISP. I can ask whoever does it to change the email for my opensuse.org alias to a different address at gmail instead. That would solve the issue for me, for some time at least, but the issue can happen again for anybody using opensuse.org addresses :-/ Then if gmail also decides to be strict on SPF checks, it is adios to all opensuse,org aliases - unless openSUSE decides to supply a real email server for us, with SMTP and pop/imap servers. By the way, somehow related: I got an email from ieee.org, which also has an email alias system similar to opensuse.org, that they are migrating to GoogleApps@IEEE. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
