--- Comment #5 from Lukas Ocilka 2012-05-04 08:07:02 UTC ---
According to the sfdisk output attached in comment #4, your systems
really appears to have these disks:
/dev/sda: 976762584
/dev/sde: 976762584
/dev/sdf: 249856
Swap device name is /dev/mapper/cr_sdb1 and Kernel reports
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk
Is that a DVD-ROM / SD-Card reader?
y2log file (the newest) knows /dev/sdb as
Lsscsi.cc(parse):111 data[/dev/sdb] -> transport:USB
/dev/disk/by-id/usb-TEAC_USB_HS-CF_Card_000001155D1C-0:0
/dev/disk/by-path/pci-0000:00:02.1-usb-0:5:1.0-scsi-0:0:0:0
Anyway, perl-BL-standalone-log mentions /dev/sdb as a disk
/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_WDC_WD10EARS-00_WD-WMAZ20392365 -> /dev/sdb
/dev/disk/by-path/pci-0000:00:08.0-scsi-1:0:0:0 -> /dev/sdb
Reassigning to partitioning experts for their expertise. Maybe it's really
a Kernel issue (after update).
Thomas, Arvin, please check and reassign accordingly.
