My system partitions:
/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_ST3200827AS_5ND464AE-part1 /boot                ext3

/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol02 /home                reiserfs
It seems to be root partition is active.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just choose "shutdown" from KDE menu
