No.  I checked again against

 http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/suse/i586/

and what you find there is

 libpixman-1-0-0.16.0-2.2.i586.rpm

No, the fixed version is 0.16.0-1.3.1 :)
the broken (and original) version is 0.16.0-2.2,

so the fixed version has a lower release number (1.3.1) than the original one
(2.2)
