Please update to the kiwi version from here first:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization:/Appliances

After that rebuild your image and try again. If it does not work
do the following to provide the log information:

- have a usb stick at hand
- boot the iso with the kernel option 

      kiwidebug=1

- while in the process you will get a shell when the error
  happens. plug in the stick and store the file

      /var/log/boot.kiwi

   on the stick

- attach the boot.kiwi file here
