BTW. I checked the file on all mirrors, and the Australian mirrors indeed
deliver the file correctly. To debug further, we'd need to know which mirror is
used and see what goes wrong when you download from it. If you give me your IP
address, I can check that it resolves correctly to Australia, and see (in the
server logs) which mirror the file is being downloaded from.
