The log says: 
  curl error: 18: transfer closed with NNNNN bytes remaining to read, 
                  temp file size 8192 byte.

Only with 
  libpurple-2.5.1-3.9.2.x86_64.rpm
  libpurple-2.5.1-3.6_3.9.2.x86_64.delta.rpm


Are you able to retrieve the file via curl or wget on the commandline?
