The issue has nothing to do with printing.
libpurple is not needed by yast2-printer.
As far as I see libpurple is even not needed
by any other YaST stuff.
The popups in attachment #292632
and attachment #292633
do not belong to yast2-printer but to another YaST module
(I guess the package installation stuff in YaST).
Perhaps the root cause is not at all in YaST?
Nevertheless for a first analysis I set the component to "YaST"
and assign it to its default assignee.
