Close it as invalid.  Simply because this is a job for experts and I'm
not willingly to explain every user who is able to install sendmail,
postfix and exim via yast how to use them in parallel.

Not only that there are file conflicts there are also conflicts within
the servies which are provided by exim, postfix, and sendmail  .. simple
make a grep Provides: of the boot scripts to see this.
