I don't even know where upstream is and I don't think that "Go upstream"
is the best of answers in such a case, but...
..here is a patch which I verified still applies against what we have in
FACTORY as of two days ago. :-)
Stefan, would you mind help pushing this upstream?

Improving documentation is always a good thing, so you are free to report this
upstream. ;-)
