[Bug 299815] floppy does not show up when inserted in drive

This file is for correct floppy detection. The scsi_generic-section is there to
be able to set the resmgr-permissions of the sg-device _after_ the
storage-device was created.
I need the sg-device to be able to low-level-format the disk with ufiformat.
For the script to fix the permissions have a look at the next attachment.
