Mandriva providing the driver

OpenSUSE still doesn't provide drivers for Epson EPL 5xxxL / 6xxxL printers.
This issue was reported by me in bug 231083, where another issue in YaST was
involved.

However, the lack of this driver was the following:

"If we distributed this driver we could not make sure that it is not used
for any purpose other than in relation to the Epson EPL series of printers.
Therefore we cannot distribute such a driver.", which is a requirement of the
driver licence.

A extremely simple workaround is to make the user accept the licence when
installing the RPM of that driver, which is already done with various other
packages.

Moreover, the driver is provided by other distributions like Mandriva without
any warning, as you can see in the screenshot below.
