Hi Stefan,
Using smart package manager, I installed your patch
(xorg-x11-server-7.2-141.i586.rpm) on both versions, Gnome and Kde, of RC1 live
CD and all seems to be OK now! :-)

Good work and thanks for the resolution of this problem.
I hope the fix goes upstream because a number of other distros (Fedor 7,
Pardus, Sidux, etc) I tested had the same bug.
