I talked with Rudi and I agree that there is no use in disabling suspend generally. Instead we should give only a warning like this: WARNING: Trying to suspend with prorietary "fglrx" kernel module loaded. This is known to be broken on some machines. Complain to ATI/AMD. Andreas, please comment as affected person and in your role as "Director Platform / openSUSE".
