'Democractic' or a voting method for determining artwork would never
be a good idea. Artwork should be left to the experts; glancing users
often don't have a clue about the global advantages of wallpaper X, or
the implications of using wallpaper Y.

I'm really also not a fan of large scenes (as the night one) for
wallpapers, nor ones that aren't very bright.

Though I should note that I also don't like the 10.2 and 10.3 default
wallpaper very much, at all; I find them a little dull, I think.
