That's the idea. However maybe we should add the two options to the spacewalk-common- channels.ini, so people can easily opensuse_leap15_1*.
You don't need to delete anything. You can have many channels using the same repo (in my case 15.1 client tools is using 15.0 client repo). Actually I found out that at some point in time openSUSE 15.0 switches to salt- 2019-XYZ while uyuni remains on salt-2018-XYZ and that was causing constant package refresh (one system got 32k entries in the events tab).
Thus for now I have locked my openSUSE 15.0 to salt-2018-XYZ and I'm bootstraping 15.1 as spacewalk clients.
Right, Leap 15.0 switched to 2019, and Uyuni 4.0.2 will use 2019 as well. I am working on the testing right now, so hopefully 4.0.2 will be out before the end of the week.
