freshmeat has several, but I have no idea how well they work. Look at http://msn.compucreations.com A search on freshmeat.net for "MS Messenger" produces several hits. A web page I found said that MS in their war with AIM actually decided to go with open standards. Something for Ripley perhaps?

Look at the NetMeeting-HOWTO. It is on the suse CDs, or check the latest version at http://www.freesoft.org/software/NetMeeting/ regards Anders

I use GAIM which has icq, msn, jabber etc. KDE also has a msn messenger called KMerlin But you may need a hotmail or msn account first
