I am having problems getting my PCMCIA 802.11g card to work under SuSE Linux V10.0. The card worked under 9.3 so I a assuming that it is supported. I believe that the main problem is that I need to install the Atheros WLAN driver. The driver is not available in the boxed set (legal problems) and the Release Notes tell me to download "kernal-default-nongpl". I followed the link they provided but couldn't find anything named "kernal-default-nongpl". Can anyone point me to a way to get the driver? Or can you suggest a different solution? Any help will be appreciated. -- Donald D. Henson, Managing Director West El Paso Information Network The "Non-Initiation of Force Principle" Rules

Thanks for the URL and the fast response. It turns out that I had the kernel-default-nongpl installed all along. My problem appears to have been my spelling ability as I spelled "kernel" as "kernal". (sheepish grin) I still have a problem with my wireless LAN card but I'll have to look in a different direction. -- Donald D.
