Computer hangs when usb drive inserted
With all the latest updates, kde3.3 etc, my SuSE 9.1 machine freezes up solid everytime I insert either of two usb thumbdrives. Has anyone else seen this sort of problem? Richard -- Old age ain't for Sissies!

I should have been a bit more specific. It doesn't immediately hang the machine but does eventually especially if I try to access a certain file. I removed that file and the problem seems to have gone away. Sorry for the false alarm but it seems if I work on a problem for days, as soon as I ask for help the problem gets solved seemingly on its own. I'll watch it for awhile and see if it returns. Thanks again. Richard -- Old age ain't for Sissies!
