obviously
why is dma desiabled on hdb
You can try enabling manually using hdparm (==> man hdparm)
why do i get uniform cd-rom driver revision
Why don't you like it? Or what would you expect to see instead?
trying to find out why kscd plays cd and xmms does not
What device tries xmms to access? I'd create a link from /dev/hdc to /dev/cdrom and then try again. Henning -- H.
