Hi.. If I use lilo to boot /boot/vmlinuz then compile another kernel as bzImage which I copy to /bzImage then make bzdisk ...Will lilo boot the vmlinuz and the bootdisk boot the bzImage ?? In other words can two different kernels be called on the same distro using different boot systems ?? -- Regards Ted Wager SuSE Linux7.3

A much better way is to edit /etc/lilo.conf and add a new section for you other image with a different label. That way you don't need to floppy. Check lilo.conf man page and it should all be there.
