ftp address in YAST2
When I update my SuSE8.1 using YOU, it shows a choice of servers to use.
It doesn't show the mirror server of my own ISP here in the Netherlands,
that is the fastest for me. I can type it in manually, and it works, but
the next time the ftp server isn't in the drop down list any more.
I have tried to edit file:/etc/suseservers but this file gets
overwritten by YAST.
Is there a way to get my ISP mirror site in YOU?

After editing that file, you can edit /etc/sysconfig/onlineupdate and set YAST2_LOADFTPSERVER to "no". That way your changes won't be overwritten
