There was not the very first langage menu I had seen on beta 1. now first screen langages, with english defaults)->there are always two french linux on the disk (inc 10 beta1), should not yast have notice this? in french: "ancine paquetage" in place of "ancien paquetage" "Suivant CD" au lieu de "CD suivant" l'installation de &produit; est terminée I still have the following with thunderbird: link to the old position don't work, I need to copy the folder to the /home. First load, asks for folder compression, crash. second launch, same question, don't crash (did the same with beta1, never with mandrake - th 1.06). jdd -- pour m'écrire, aller sur: http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.net http://arvamip.free.fr

Please make sure you file bugs for those problems. Just reporting a problem/bug to the mailinglist isn't really helpful, because not all developers are on this list and/or have the time to read all threads. Regards Christoph

Christoph - Is it worthwhile to file bug reports for, say, a bug that is similar to a bug report already on file? I'm having issues with wireless, but I see a similar bug in Bugzilla, and I'd rather not waste time/resources if it's already known and being worked on. Thanks -Chris

No, please try to avoid filing duplicate bugs for the same problem. To achieve this, we encourage you to do a short search for duplicates before you create new bug reports. If you find existing bugs, just add yourself to CC. You might as well add comments to check if you really found the same bug. Regards Christoph

I don't do this for developpers. when something get wrong, on a so short time, it's not always a bug, or it can be a collective problem and lilst member can say 'yes, this needs bugzilla', I have the same problem, and so on. If I'm the only one to have a problem it may be very specific to me. jdd -- pour m'écrire, aller sur: http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.net http://arvamip.free.fr

Even if it's just you who hits a bug, please report it. You do not always need justification by others on the list to report a bug! I'm not saying you shouldn't post your "overview report" to the list, but what I'm trying is to make sure that we get all bugs in bugzilla to be able to fix them. Regards Christoph
