[opensuse] libreoffice - how to debug printing problems?
I have a user who has occasional problems printing from libreoffice to our cups printserver. From the user's point of view, the print out has worked, there is no error message shown, but nothing is queued to the printer. After closing LO and starting up again, printing works. We've been using this setup for years, but the user's desktop was recently upgraded to openSUSE 12.2. Where do I go to find debugging information? This particular issue is about printing office documents produced by a central application, then downloaded via a browser. The user clicks a button, then receives a document that is automatically opened with office writer. The user has now determined that if more than one such document is open concurrently, printing does not work.
