Today I pugged a keyboard and a mon in a box I was used to manage remotely and surprise I noticed that at every boot YaST came up to ask me what mouse was installed on the box. Of course the box has no mouse. Even if I select NONE the box keep on booting in YaST asking me over and over again what mouse I have. What should I set to definitively get rid of it... I tried to grep into /etc/init.d/ but I didn't find anything interesting... of course maybe I was looking for the wrong thing.

If I remember it right (it was half a year ago) then I disabled /etc/init.d/hwscan in YaST's run-level editor. It fixed the problem. -- A.M.
