Buffalo AirStation WLI-CB-G54A CardBus Wireless Nic?
Anyone gotten a Buffalo AirStation WLI-CB-G54A CardBus wireless nic to play nice with Suse 9.1? I have banged around Google and found some bits and pieces of discussion about Buffalo using some GPL code and thus responding to prompting to make necessary data available for the writing of Linux drivers but have not found notes describing a successful mount and access. Help? Thanks! doc
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Doc, Have you tried using ndiswrapper? Basically it takes the windoze drivers and wraps them up so linux can access them. It works great with my broadcom wireless. Check it out at: http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/ And if your chipset isn't supported try this site: http://www.linuxant.com The Driverloader for wireless lan cards works equally as well for me, but you have to pay $19 for it. :-) They have a 30 day trial and it's been said their tech-support is good too.
