After being pleasantly supprised that the USB mouse on my laptop is now automatically configured to utilise the scroll wheel in SuSE 8.2 I have now lost the ability to configure the mouse speed via the control centre. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to slow it down, its so fast its virtually impossible to use. Thanks Gedi -- Using SuSE Linux 8.2 Professional

what do you mean? Does anyone have any information on my original question please. This cursor is still flying about the screen like a blue arsed fly. Thanks On Wednesday 16 April 2003 00:05, Sepio wrote:

You did not get it yet? We do not have April 30, or May 1. If you do not even manage to set your clock after you got asked very politely why should anyone believe that it might make sense to try to help you? Most users here do sort their Emails by date, you are messing this up. It is also of course having an effect on your file system ... OK? So come back from the future, and maybe someone does know how to help you. And do not blame SuSE, it is you / your hardware who sets the clock, not the SuSE installation. There is no clock (yet?) build in the SuSE installation DVDs. Regards, Matt PS. if your clock is set correctly, and you do indeed have May 1 already, how about sending us a scan of the latest NASDAQ / NYSE / lottery etc numbers???
