Hi everyone, Recently i tried to install gcompris provided by packman using yast under SuSE 9.1. I setup the directory in which gcompris is located (setting a new local directory in the source of software) and after i tried to open the sw_single module to select and install graphically the package. Unfortunatly, the sw_single module does not appear and instead i get the following error message: /sbin/yast2: line 185: 6968 Segmentation fault $ybindir/y2base $module "$@" qt -geometry "$Y2_GEOMETRY" $Y2QT_ARGS This behavior appened also with other rpm provided directly by SuSE (ex. those for KDE 3.3). I search the Internet, but i have not found anithing useful. Some people suggest to use directly rpm (with the various options), but i think that if i have a nice tool (as yast is) why i can't use it??? Until SuSE 8.2 i could use every rpm with yast, why with SuSE 9.1 (and also with 9.0 i tested) i can't???? Someone can help me? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.
