Have read the earlier posts on wireless, but as I'm running 10.1 Live DVD I don't have a CD 6. Machine is Gateway Laptop with Intel Pro 2200BG wireless. How do I start with getting it running and configured. You should be able to follow the instructions to update.

You may have to install the firmware-package after every boot, but you can use the same package, unless you want to compile it yourself. So you have to d/l it, install it and then either wait for knetworkmanager to configure your device, or do it on your own using Yast > Network > Network Devices.
