Hi
I need to take screen shots for different applications /tools within Suse Linux 8.1 with KDE . Can anyone advise how to proceed.
With 8.1, I believe "pixie plus" is installed "by default" and it has the ability to take "screenshots". Unfortunately, this capability isn't obvious: there isn't a corresponding toolbar button for the "take a screenshot" menu item... Other programs that can take screenshots includes the Gimp [or so I'm told] and one other I used on 8.0 that I cannot remember the name of [but I bet it was something like "ksnapshot" -- 8.0 would have used kde 2, and I don't think this application was migrated to kde 3] - -- Yet another Blog: http://osnut.homelinux.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) Comment: http://osnut.homelinux.net/TomEmerson.asc iD8DBQE+pilCV/YHUqq2SwsRAoD3AJ4xtX6DrL1mzq4SP0gz9csg2HqxlgCfeYgT B0K7HizCJy1Z71wLgTFL2UI= =GlE4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
