wink (http://www.debugmode.com/wink/) is a Linux native tool that you might get to work. I had issues with it. The Windows version looks to be more functional....

Depends what you want to make into a flash movie but you can try vnc2swf I have not used it but if you have a vnc session in something you can film anything ;) george
