Does anybody know why my clock speeds up? I set it about a week ago..and now it's 10 minutes fast again!
Have you reboot in that time? If so, a file called /etc/adjtime may be the problem. To correct this file, do these three steps in order: Set the right time. Delete this file. Reboot. The file will be recreated. This fixed a problem where the time was wrong after a reboot. If the system has just been running without a reboot, then I can offer no advice.
