LOL. You can actually get it if you are a business. Or if you are at the point of starting up, because then you ask several providers specifically for it, and thus get it. But... Years (perhaps a decade or two) ago, some one was setting up business. He wanted internet. So the dealer installed it. On each lab table he installed an ISDN connection.
