Yes, it will. Being a GTK app simply means it uses the GTK widget set, which can be used in KDE or Gnome. However, yes, Gnome is built on GTK, and KDE on Qt, so you might have to install GTK support packages to run it, but not necessairly the entire Gnome suite.
