I'm sure you are quite right.... and in that case, there is no need to define a 'dos' printer. Just make the print command:
$_printer_command = "lp -o raw"

I have fiddled around with DOSemu print configuration, a lot, and incorporated :-
$_printer_command = "lp -o raw"
....................
Still, i am faced with error message in /var/log/cups :
"print_job: resource name '/printers/lp' no good!"
Where, please, should i look ?
Did you do any editing of the CUPS files?? I would go into yast again and make sure that your printer setup is the same as when you originally installed whatever release it is that you are running.
