DVD ISO is not only 184MB, it's 4.5GB you need to update your ftp client to recognise large files!
I wasn't aware the Firefox was an FTP client. And please do not top post. It tells me someone is to lazy to edit their response and put their answer after the part they are responding to.
Just tried something different. I usually use http://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.3 to look at the contents (notice http instead of ftp) because it is much faster to browse around. When I used ftp:// instead of http:// the correct sizes show. Perhaps this is a bug in mozilla/firefox/konquerer that needs to be fixed. All three show the file as 184M when using http:// to browse and shows 4383158 KB for mozilla/firefox and 4.2 GB for konquerer when using ftp://
No, a bug in apache - in cannot show files larger than 2 GB,
Andreas
You would think that since filesystems have supported files larger than 2 GB for a long time that the folks at apache would have started to as well. I'll see want I can stir up at apache.org. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998 "The day Microsoft makes something that doesn't suck is probably the day they start making vacuum cleaners." -Ernst Jan Plugge
