You can configure the Dual Monitor setup in Yast (or SAX2 as is the case here). I've got a 450, and a 550 setup dual screen xinerama. (not to mention my laptop)... Since I don't know what you configured by hand, I'll refrain from commenting on the rest... Jerry
In the single headed configuration, I can grab an xterm and slide it from one virtual terminal to the adjacent virtual terminal, whether above/below or right/left.
If I perform an install with two monitors connected, then it is not possible to slide an xterm from a virtual terminal to the adjacent virtual terminal to the right. Going up/down or to the left is OK. In any case, the xterm can slide part way into the adjacent rightward virtual terminal. After clicking into the right-side virtual terminal, one can grab the xterm and pull in all the way in (left-->right motion).
Where is this functionality controlled?
Approximately similar differences show up in Debian + KDM + Windomaker and in SuSE + KDM + FVWM.
